2016 marks Rick Solchenberger?s 20^th year in the beer business with Goldring Gulf Distributing, LLC. He started his career in 1996 as a Line Technician and working Special Events. In October of 1996, Rick was promoted to a Draft Beer Salesman and he held that position until December of 2000. In January of 2001 he was promoted once again to the Pensacola Region On Premise Sales Manager and still holds this role today.   He has worked in the On Premise his entire career and has loved his job since the very beginning.

During Rick?s time at Goldring Gulf, he has won the prestigious First and Ten MillerCoors Incentive 4 out of the 5 years it was implemented. He is also very proud to be the 2^nd recipient of Goldring Gulf?s Clyde Lovejoy Award given annually by General Manager, Mike Johnson.  He holds this achievement in highest regard over the span of his 20 year career at Goldring Gulf Distributing.
